We want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Earrings by Emma purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the earrings in their original jewelry box and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
